In 2020, I joined Power 2 Connect as a Non-Executive Director to support the start-up phase of the organisation - supporting with governance, board structure and operations. Since then, Power 2 Connect has redistributed 3,800 devices back into the community, supporting 88 London schools and 51 community organisations, with 500 local people receiving digital skills training each year.

Designed and delivered a bespoke programme for young men on the pathway programme at HMP Belmarsh, who were within a year of release. Working in partnership with the participants and occupational therapists; delivering creative engagement participation focused on improving mental health.

As a play work practitioner, my practice is grounded in play work theory and principles, enabling child-led, safe and diverse play environments that promote and enhance the development and wellbeing of children and young people. 

2008 - 2012 I was project lead for the charity Barnet Play Association designing, delivering and establishing safe, open access play spaces for children and young people across the London Borough of Barnet. Between 2010 and 2012, I led borough-wide consultations for Barnet Council, resulting in the creation of 11 new play spaces and parks.
