I have extensive experience founding, leading, and scaling successful charities, social enterprises, and start-ups - developing community-based services that deliver meaningful, income-driven, and sustainable impact.
My work sits at the intersection of community, culture, young people, and social innovation — creating models that unite purpose with performance and generate lasting social value. This approach turns complex community challenges into strategic, scalable solutions that drive innovation, support, inclusion, and long‑term change.
I am Co‑Founder and Head of Quality + Innovation at Art Against Knives, where I’ve shaped the organisation’s work tackling serious youth violence through creative practice, community engagement, and co‑produced safe spaces. I’ve been an instrumental part of the charity’s DNA - representing the organisation, steering strategic growth, governance, frontline delivery, and innovation - and driving its evolution from grassroots initiative to an award‑winning model of community impact.
Alongside my leadership work, I’m a frontline youth practitioner w/ 14+ years of experience supporting London’s most vulnerable young people and adults - by both professional practice and lived experience of the challenges they face. I focus on creating high quality, relevant & innovative safe spaces with and for children & young people, re-designing / imagining the systems around them through a deep understanding of youth culture and community dynamics.
I founded and served as CEO of Community Souls, a social enterprise that supported people into employment through mentoring and personal and professional development programmes for over a decade.
Alongside building organisations, I work as a consultant, thought-partner, and advisor - collaborating with people, charities, social enterprises, and purpose‑driven organisations to design sustainable programmes, strengthen strategy, and think creatively through complex challenges. My work focuses on translating ideas into action, building confidence in leadership, and helping organisations re‑align culture, purpose, and delivery.
I have a proven track record partnering with sector‑leading bodies including the Home Office, NHS, Samaritans, Universal Music, London College of Fashion (UAL), Apple, and Emperor Works. Skilled in senior leadership, governance, management, facilitation, and speaking, I regularly contribute to events and leadership programmes as a guest lecturer and speaker.
My work has been recognised through awards and fellowships, incl Gucci Changemaker and London Youth’s Youth Professional of the Year.
